This letter is to inform my colleagues and clients of my intent to completely retire in from real estate by January 2013. While this decision is bitter sweet, I reflect on my career in real estate and know that it has been a very fulfilling and rewarding time in my life.
Real estate has been my passion for many years, but now my focus is shifting from business to retirement. As I make this transition it is important to me to ensure that the clients, with whom I have worked so hard to develop a trust and rapport , are given a resource for their real estate needs in the future.
I have put a great deal of consideration into recommending a colleague who shares the same values and approach to real estate as I do. Liam Swords has been a colleague and friend of mine for a number of years. He is a real estate professional who has dedicated himself to excellence in client service, and has developed a very successful business that thrives on repeat and referral clientele. Liam represents the Top 1% of Royal LePage real estate professionals in Canada.
I am confident that as I make the transition into retirement Liam will be able to fulfill your real estate needs, whether buying on selling. Liam and I will be partners in business for the remainder of 2012.
